Now it's getting serious: The Apfeldorfer have initiated the building application for the village community center.
Next, the district office as the approval authority and the government of Upper Bavaria are asked to keep their funding commitment.
Apfeldorf
- The title of the agenda item was long, unusually long.
"Almost as long as the entire issue for other topics," smirked Apfeldorf's mayor Gerhard Schmid.
The title of the building application measures over 50 words.
A project that the committee has been puzzling over for many years: the village community center.
And now it was finally on the table.
Not physically, because “the printer was spinning.
But you all have the PDF's ”, as Schmid explained.
And so architect Thomas Barbist didn't have to come to Apfeldorf from Reutte especially for that reason.
Schmid: "But that would have been quite a high pile of paper."
This time it was no longer about details such as the size of the hall, facade or the position of the youth room.
Not even about money: there should be funding from the government of Upper Bavaria, as its representatives had promised.
"Otherwise we would have worked for free for several years."
This meeting finally dealt with the approval of the building application.
The decision: unanimously.
It goes without saying that the municipality approved its own building application in the first instance.
Even if the vote in the multi-purpose hall was not celebratory due to the corona: Now the village community center is on its way, next the Landsberg district office has to approve.
