District - The municipal company AWISTA KU wants to know from its customers how satisfied they are with the range and service at the 17 recycling centers in the district.

Customers are interviewed on site - but it is even better and easier online.

The municipal company is currently carrying out an extensive recycling center assessment with an external company, announced AWISTA. "All 17 recycling centers, the green waste collection points and the composting facility in Hadorf are examined," said spokesman Sebastian Roth. The aim of the investigation is to optimize the delivery system (i.e. self-delivery). This includes that, in addition to the structural situation on site, the opening times, volume flows and various other aspects are examined in detail. The municipal company also wants to know what users think. The aim of the survey is to find out, among other things, how satisfied the customers are with the service and offers at the recycling centers. Only in this way will the municipal company be able to offer the best possible service in the future. The statements of the citizens are incorporated into the realignment.

Due to the corona pandemic and the hygiene and distance rules to be observed, the surveys at the recycling depots are currently only taking place on a random basis. That is why the survey is also available online at www.awista-starnberg.de/wh-befragung. The answer took about five minutes, said Roth. Queries are made, for example, of the frequency of visits, assessment of opening times, disposal options or cleanliness and the like - and what suggestions the customers have for improvement. The last day for participation is next Wednesday, May 12th.
