There are 25 defendants in the case. For the time being, only Huang Zhifeng (24 years old), Cen Aohui (27 years old), Yuan Jiawei (27 years old) and Liang Kaiqing (26 years old) pleaded guilty. The police refused to approve the June 4th rally for the first time last year

He mentioned the educational backgrounds of four people and believed that in a civilized society, young people with wisdom should not be sent to prison.

Judge Chen Guangchi stated clearly that it is not appropriate to impose a social service order. Xia said that if the sentence is to be imprisoned, he hopes that the court will give the defendant a suspended sentence or a shorter sentence.

The other 19 defendants in the same case will be arraigned again on June 11.
