Around 2,500 callers wanted to know how to get the app certificate from the developer company "aLive Services" on Tuesday alone.

Citizens who were vaccinated in doctors' offices or through their work in the district clinic also reported to the EZ editorial team because they wanted to register - which, however, has so far only been possible for those who were vaccinated directly through the vaccination center.
Technically less experienced seniors who were vaccinated before April 19, the day on which the offer started silently in the vaccination center, had technical difficulties with online registration.
Confusion caused, for example, that the mobile phone app is neither available in the Apple nor in the Android app store, but only an interim solution from the operator can be downloaded from its website www.pass.health.
The district administrator promotes understanding for the “teething problems”: “We are probably the first district in Germany to have introduced a digital vaccination card,” says Robert Niedergesäß (CSU), “and therefore ask for your indulgence if not yet at the beginning of the introduction everything is running smoothly. "
