A few days ago, a Filipino domestic helper living in Haofeng, Pokfulam Road, was confirmed to be infected with the variant new crown virus. All residents of the building must stay in their premises and undergo compulsory testing.

The government announced today (6th) that as of 1 pm yesterday, about 110 people under inspection have been tested for the new coronavirus at a temporary sampling station set up in a "restricted area".

The operation was completed at about 6:15 this afternoon. The test results of all the persons examined were negative, and the relevant declaration has now been revoked.

The government quoted the "Prevention and Control of Diseases (Compulsory Testing for Certain Persons) Regulations" (Chapter 599J) yesterday (5th) and issued a restriction and testing announcement. The restriction will be restricted to 118 Pokfulam Road from 0:10 am yesterday. People in the peak must stay on their premises and undergo compulsory testing.
