He is said to have played around with his genitals several times in front of women: the police arrested a suspected exer.

A 16-year-old was able to take helpful photos.

Wolfratshausen / Munich - It is thanks to the courageous action of a 16-year-old Geretsriederin that the police were able to search for a suspected exhibitionist and arrest him on Tuesday evening. The federal police became aware of the 42-year-old Romanian from Wolfratshausen in the main train station. Internal wanted fliers for exhibitionism were searched for him. The Wolfratshausen police had already launched a public appeal in this regard.

The 42-year-old is said to have appeared several times between September last and April this year in the Munich S-Bahn and U-Bahn area - but probably also in more than one case in the Pupplinger Au - with exhibitionistic acts, according to the press report of the Federal Police.

That means: The last time he got on the S7 in the direction of Wolfratshausen was on April 25th in Hohenbrunn (Munich district).

There, around 8:50 p.m., he stood next to a 16-year-old Geretsrieder woman who had boarded in Solln and a 22-year-old German-Chilean woman from Würzburg and began to manipulate his genitals.

When the two women left, he followed them - his limb hanging out of his pants until the older one in Schäftlarn and the younger one in Wolfratshausen had got out.

"In all cases the women felt great disgust"

The 16-year-old managed to take photos of the man without him noticing. A little later, she and her mother reported the crime to the Wolfratshausen police. Due to the pictures and the descriptions of the injured parties as well as the temporal and local proximity, he has been accused of further exhibitionistic acts with several injured parties that have come to light. At about 8:10 p.m., shortly before the exit at Marienplatz, he stepped across from a stranger with an erect limb. At around 9:20 p.m., on the S-Bahn between Wolfratshausen and Icking, manipulated a 64-year-old from Schwabing and around 9:50 p.m., on the way to Wolfratshausen, against a 34-year-old from Wolfratshausen and another 16-year-old from Geretsried his sexual organ.“In all cases the man had made eye contact with the women and they felt helpless and angry; They also felt great disgust, "said the police.

A wanted flyer was created with the images from the S-Bahn, which was used by the police to search for the exhibitionist.

On Tuesday around 10 p.m., a police patrol recognized the 42-year-old in Munich Central Station.

He came into custody.

After a prison judge's presentation, he issued an arrest warrant.

The 42-year-old was released under strict conditions.

Police are looking for more witnesses or victims

Investigations are now underway as to whether the 42-year-old is eligible for other, similar cases. The urgent suspect is described as follows: about 1.75 meters tall, 35-45 years old, with a prominent bald head and rimless glasses. He was often dressed in a gray hooded jacket, light blue jeans and black sneakers. The police asks injured parties who may not have reported yet to report. At the Federal Police Inspection Munich on 089 / 515550-1111 or at the police in Wolfratshausen, call 08171/42110. The officials assume that the suspect is also responsible for the exhibitionist act on April 25 in the Pupplinger Au, Waldramer side. They are still looking for the witness whom the man was ambushing when she changed clothes in the bushes.

In general, the police advise those affected in such cases to show moral courage and - without putting themselves in danger - to contact the authorities as quickly as possible from the S-Bahn or at the train station.

Exhibitionistic offenses in particular are often repeat offenders.

Particularly important for the police investigation are personal descriptions and special features such as tattoos or the like, since video recordings do not always exist.
