India recorded 414,188 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, in a new daily record increase, while daily deaths jumped by 3,915.
According to the World Meter website, the number of injuries in the country reached 21 million and 491598, while the total number of deaths reached 234,083 cases.
India this week alone recorded 1.57 million cases and more than 15,100 deaths.
India ranks second in the world after the United States in terms of the number of HIV infections and third after the United States and Brazil in terms of deaths from the disease.
