On the 5th, he entered Roche Foundation Middle School in Tseung Kwan O with intent to steal.
The first defendant was absent from the hearing this morning because he was still in the hospital, and his case was postponed until May 12th.

The remaining three defendants do not need to respond for the time being. The prosecution applied for adjournment of the case pending further investigation by the police and a closed-circuit television search.
