The dealers delivered thanks to the social network and did not hesitate to mark their production thanks to the logo of their totally illé "company".

La Lergaa.

It is at this address that customers of cannabis dealers obtained their supplies via the Snapchat social network.

The police from the Mantes-la-Jolie police station have just put an end to their juicy affair by arresting six individuals this week from the Val-Fourré district, with the support of the Raid teams.

Aged 20 to 28, they are suspected of having, for at least several months, supplied tens of kilos of cannabis to customers in the Paris region, in Normandy and in the Center.

Their business was organized like a real business. First, by recruiting lookouts, in the city of Musicians in Val-Fourré. The latter, minors, were paid a hundred euros per day. Then there was an inventory manager. Then a delivery man, who multiplied the races and was logically paid more. Finally, when the head of the network was absent, it was his partner who took over and took over the interim.

And to ensure the marketing part, the dealers did not hesitate to “mark” their products with the “La Lergaa” logo.

Thanks to their small reputation, the drug bars had attracted a fairly large audience, from clients in rural areas to Parisian districts, in Issy-les-Moulineaux (Hauts-de-Seine) and even as far as Fontainebleau (Seine-et- Marl).

All ordered on Snapchat, entering the company name.

Stickers with the name of the "company" seized

It therefore took a careful and patient investigation by investigators from the Mantes-la-Jolie drug squad.

The latter used the technologies at their disposal to confuse the small band - which communicated via secure messaging - and were able to count on a few timely arrests from the delivery men at work.

By dint of cross-checking and information, they were able to challenge the six people, including the partner of the head of the network. During the hearings, the latter admitted to having created his business in 2018. He wore, at the time, an electronic bracelet ... The police discovered more than 4,500 euros in cash at one of his accomplices and a kilo of resin. At others, they got their hands on “La Lergaa” stickers. During their custody, four of them gave some information to the police before being silent. The other two did not wish to speak. They were presented to the magistrates of Versailles.
