MTR said that after the suspension of the high-speed rail service last year, it has refunded 27,000 tickets online and over the phone. The West Kowloon Station of the High Speed ​​Rail will be open for more than a year after the station is closed, from May 15 to May 24 from 9 am to 9 pm. Customers need to provide a ticket or proof of purchase and go to West Kowloon Station to apply for a refund. Procedures, and the identification documents used to purchase tickets must be presented.

If it is not possible to apply for a refund within the above-mentioned time, the MTR indicated that it must go to West Kowloon Station within 90 days after the resumption of the high-speed rail service.

The MTR reminds that only customers who apply for ticket refunds can enter West Kowloon Station. Customers must use the Exit and Exit of Station A, which is the entrance and exit of Austin Station, and present the ticket voucher to enter the station.
