A BAC crew, deployed on rue Henri-Barbusse for a burglary targeting a telephone store, faced several people who immediately fled.
Jérémy M., one of the police officers present, pursued one of the individuals, who suddenly turned around, armed with a screwdriver, during the chase.

The individual tried to sneak
" the agent
The person then attempted to "
surinate
" the agent "
at the level of the torso
".
Jérémy M. only had time to avoid the blows by protecting himself with his hand, in which the screwdriver was planted.
The individual was arrested.
Jérémy M., injured, is currently hospitalized "
because it seems that the tendon of his thumb has been severed

These events occurred two days after the murder of Eric Masson, a sergeant who was shot dead during an anti-drug operation in Avignon.
