The officials suspect a planned illegal entry.

The federal police stopped a suspected smuggler with two people at a border control, as the Rosenheim federal police announced in a press report.
Accordingly, the officials stopped the vehicle on the A 8 near Irschenberg.
At a gas station, they asked the three of them to identify themselves.
The 34-year-old driver then showed a refugee ID and an Austrian asylum card.
He is an Afghan citizen.
His two companions had no documents with them, but said they were also from Afghanistan.

The driver registered in Vienna stated that he had taken his two friends for an excursion through Austria.
He did not notice that he had crossed the border in the process.
According to initial findings, the Federal Police assume that the illegal journey was planned.
At the request of the public prosecutor's office, the Munich district court confirmed the allegation and ordered the driver to be detained.
The reason: It cannot be ruled out that the Afghan national will evade criminal prosecution by fleeing.
He was taken to a correctional facility in Munich.
The two supposedly smuggled migrants were handed over to a reception center for refugees after the police measures had been completed.
