Ramiro Marcos Pertossi (18), brother of one of the eight rugby players accused of the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa, was arrested for
threatening an
18-year-old
with a weapon
.
According to the police report, the violent episode occurred this Monday in Zárate.
Pertossi first
threatened
the victim
by phone
and then approached his home in Zárate aboard a Honda Wave motorcycle.
There he rebuked the young man, showing a weapon.
The complaint was made by the mother of the attacked young man and the investigation was left to the Prosecutor Unit No. 7 of Zárate.
Pertossi was arrested shortly after at his home.
They kidnapped the motorcycle with which he would have moved to the victim's house and a cell phone.

He would have used it to go to the house of the threatened young man.
After being notified of the accusation of "aggravated threats", Pertossi
was released
.
The investigators notified him that he has a
perimeter restriction
that prevents him from approaching the house of the complainant's family.
Nor can they have contact by telephone or by other means.
It is not the first time that he has starred in a police story.
Last October, he was accused of
covering up for a thief
who was escaping from the Police.
The sequence was recorded by a video in which Pertossi is seen driving a truck through the streets of Zárate, accompanied by two other young people.
The three were witnesses to the police persecution, so they try to help the thief:

"Upload it, I'm not going to let him die," one of them slides when reaching a corner and meeting the thief.
"Go up, go ahead, go up. Get down, hide," says another, while the criminal gets under a motorcycle that they were transporting in the back of the truck.
The thief and his accomplice were arrested a day later.
Police seized the motorcycle they had stolen on Monday, while Pertossi was charged with a cover-up.
The crime of Villa Gesell
Ramiro is the brother of Ciro Pertossi (21) and the cousin of Lucas (22) and Luciano Pertossi (19), detained in the Melchor Romero prison for the murder of Fernando Báez Sosa (18), committed in Villa Gesell in January 2020.
The young law student, who lived in Buenos Aires and had traveled to the coast for his vacations, died after being
beaten
at the exit of the “Le Brique” bowling alley, where he had gone to dance with some friends.

Hours later, the Police arrested 10 Zárate rugby players who had rented a house a few blocks from the crime scene.
Two of the defendants were dismissed by the Justice, after the prosecutor in the case considered that there was no evidence to bring them to trial.
The other
eight defendants were one step away from the trial
, which still has no date.
In addition to the Pertossi clan, Máximo Thomsen (21), Enzo Comelli (21), Matías Benicelli (21), Blas Cinalli (19) and Ayrton Viollaz (21) will be tried for murder.
