The police recently arrested a man on suspicion of theft in Prince Edward for using multiple Octopus at Prince Edward Station to collect a large number of sample collection kits for profit.
At 8:45 this morning, the MTR mobile application still showed that there was a sample collection kit available at Prince Edward Station, but "Hong Kong 01" arrived at the station at 9 AM and was dispatched in full, and there was also a notice in Prince Edward Gate that there was no collection kit.
An employee of a nearby convenience store pointed out that when I went to work at 6 a.m., there were people lining up to pick it up. "Most of them don't have them before 8 o'clock. There may be a few packages at 8 o'clock, but they must be free after 9 o'clock."
She said that in the past two days, "there was a long queue." Today, the situation has improved, but there are still many people.
By about 10:15 in the morning, the MTR mobile application showed that all sample collection packages at MTR stations were dispatched.

The husband wearing a face mask did not want to be named. He would be tested for the virus on his own when he was appointed. In the past, he would go to the community testing center to take samples directly. Submit it in a few days to save time.
He scolded some people for holding a large number of Octopus to get the collection bag and then sell it, "Catch it, (the person who resells it) is going to catch it."
He couldn't get the collection bag today, he said, "Maybe it will be lined up again at 5 o'clock on the day."
