During the operation, the 48-year-old male person in charge was arrested on suspicion of "operating an unlicensed bar" and violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Regulations and Instructions) (Business and Premises) Regulations (Chapter 599F); 9 men and 13 women (15 to 15) A 49-year-old alcoholic was arrested for "drinking in premises without a liquor license" and was charged for violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition of Group Gathering) Ordinance (Chapter 599G).
Some of the arrested persons have gang background.
Inspector Mok Cham-fung, the head of the anti-triad team of the Tuen Mun Police District, said that some people used fashion shops to cover up people's eyes and eyes, which made investigations more difficult.
