The Russian health authorities recorded 370 deaths and 8,329 new cases of coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
Russia Today quoted the operation room for fighting the outbreak of the virus as saying in its daily report that "the total number of corona infections throughout Russia has risen to four million and 871843 confirmed infections, including 112,992 deaths and four million 488615 cases of recovery."
To date, more than 131.1 million laboratory tests have been performed in the country to diagnose cases of corona, including 277,000 during the past hours.
