"Xinhua" quoted the body of the African Union as saying in a statement that the total deaths in Africa reached 123926, while the total cases of recovery across the continent reached 4165656.
South Africa, Morocco, Tunisia, Ethiopia and Egypt are among the countries with the largest number of cases across the continent.
