The new crown vaccination plan has entered its 72nd day. A total of approximately 1.05 million people have been vaccinated, of which 648,000 have received two injections.
The government announced that on Friday (8th) there were 16 people who were unwell after the injection and had to be sent to hospital. This was a double from the 8 people the day before. Among them, 13 were regained with Bitai and 3 were treated with Kexing.
Among the vaccinated persons involved, 5 people need to be hospitalized, including two men aged 26 and 29 who received the first dose of Fubital. Both of them lost consciousness and one of them convulsed more.
The two were in stable condition after admission and treatment. Another 48-year-old man left the hospital on his own. He was paralyzed in his left body after the second dose of Fubitai. The doctor did not have time to diagnose him. It is currently unknown how he is.
Nearly 650,000 people get two shots
The government updated the vaccination data in the evening. As of tonight (8th), a total of about 1,704,400 vaccines have been vaccinated for citizens. Among them, about 1,055,500 people have received the first shot, including about 473,200 people who have been vaccinated with Kexing, and about 582,400 people have been vaccinated.
About 648,900 people received both injections, including about 338,200 people who were vaccinated with Kexing and about 310,700 people who were vaccinated with Fubitai.

As of 8 pm tonight, about 42,000 people have been vaccinated in the past 24 hours. Among them, about 4,900 citizens received the first dose of Coxing vaccine and about 4,000 citizens received the second dose. The overall vaccination rate of community vaccination centers is about 96%.
As for Fubitel vaccine, 12,200 and 20,900 citizens received the first and second doses respectively, and the overall vaccination rate was about 97%.
In addition, about 2,700 people made appointments for Kexing vaccines online, and 8,600 people made appointments for Fubitai Vaccines.
16 people feel unwell after injection
Yesterday (7th) another 16 people were sent to the hospital unwell after the injection, 13 people were vaccinated with Fubitai and 3 people were vaccinated with Kexing.
Ten of them have been discharged from the hospital, five have been in the hospital, and one has left the hospital without consultation.
All the five persons in hospital were vaccinated with Fubital, including the 26-year-old man who received the first injection at the Kowloon Tong Education Service Center of the Education Bureau. He lost consciousness and convulsions after the injection; and the 29-year-old man who received the first injection at the Ho Man Tin Stadium also received the first injection. Once lost consciousness and dizzy, both were sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where they were hospitalized for observation after treatment. They are in stable condition.
The remaining 3 inpatients, including the 51-year-old woman who received the first injection at Ho Man Tin Stadium, had heart palpitations after the injection; the 52-year-old woman who received the first dose at Yuen Long Stadium also developed heart palpitations and high blood pressure after the injection; at the Yuen Long Stadium The 28-year-old woman who received the second dose developed rash, fever, dizziness and chest pain after the injection. The three of them were in stable condition after being sent to the hospital.

Another 48-year-old man was numb in his left body after receiving the second dose of Fubitai at the Longchen Road Gymnasium. He was taken to the North District Hospital, but he was discharged without consultation. It is unknown what his condition is.
As for the 10 people who have been discharged from the hospital, the condition is stable. Among them, 7 were vaccinated with Fubitai, including the 34-year-old woman who received the second injection at Tsuen King Circuit Stadium. She had heart palpitations after the injection; 37 received the second injection at Tsuen King Circuit Stadium. A year-old man had a rash after his injection; a 44-year-old woman who received the second injection at Sai Wanhe Stadium, and she had an allergic reaction and rash after the injection; a 21-year-old woman who received the second injection at the Chinese University Hospital of Hong Kong, she had a headache after the injection ; The 32-year-old woman who received the first injection at the Tseung Kwan O Stadium, she felt cold, dizzy and fever after the injection; the 54-year-old woman who received the first injection at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium, had palpitations and dizziness after the injection; and in San Pao The 24-year-old man who received the first injection in Lu Hospital was dizzy and short of breath after the injection.

The remaining 3 people received the Kexing vaccine, including a 53-year-old woman who had a limb rash after the second shot at Kwun Chung Stadium; a 41-year-old woman who had heart palpitations after the first shot at Tin Fai Road Stadium; and at the Yau Ma Tei Jockey Club A 55-year-old woman with chest discomfort after the first injection in a general outpatient clinic.
