Hamilton (Mercedes) signs his 100th pole position at the Spanish GP

Briton Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) took his Formula 1 pole position record to a symbolic total of 100 at the Spanish Grand Prix on Saturday.

On Sunday, he will share the first row on the starting grid with his main rival, the Dutchman Max Verstappen (Red Bull).

The second row goes to Finnish Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes) and Monaco Charles Leclerc (Ferrari).
