The death of a seven-year-old boy was determined last night (Sunday) after he was fatally injured following a fire that broke out in a residential building in the Jisr a-Zarqa local council in the north.
His three brothers were seriously injured, and were evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa and Hillel Yaffe in Hadera. The mother of the four in her 40s was lightly injured. .

MDA paramedics Eyal Gutman and David Schussman said: "When we arrived, there was a lot of commotion.
The four children who were unconscious and suffering from burns and smoke inhalation were rescued by the neighbors to the building lobby.
We immediately started medical tests to assess their condition and life-saving medical treatment.
A seven-year-old boy was without a pulse and without breathing, we performed advanced resuscitation operations on him that included breathing, massages and the administration of special medications and evacuated him in critical condition to Hillel Yaffe Hospital.
The other three children were in critical condition and after being resuscitated in the field, they were evacuated in stable condition to Hillel Yaffe and Rambam hospitals while continuing medical treatment.
