Nevertheless, a Hallstadt innkeeper has already made it clear how he feels about opening up outdoor catering. Sandro, owner of “Frei'lich”, vented his anger on Facebook.

Since October, the company has been 100 percent geared towards the to-go business.

"In order to be able to offer you the same service and culinary experiences, unfortunately it takes more than just turning the key," he says.

That is associated with a lot of organization and costs.

"It is simply insane to unlock the restaurant now with the first stroke of our government's bell," he clarifies.

In the past six months, many would have "understood only half of the decisions made or saw the logic behind them."

“We saw the best example last year. Despite massive requirements and concepts, all of which were 100% carried out, we were simply closed again without testing or anything like that, ”says the“ Frei'lich ”owner annoyed in his Facebook post. "As long as our government behaves like a defiant, indecisive child and does not create clear lines, we will not be able to open up normally," he criticizes.

“Unfortunately, we are no longer having fun starting to loosen up or prescribe ourselves,” he says dejectedly.

His Facebook post should not be seen as a hate sermon, but rather as his statement on the current opening policy.

At the end of the Facebook post, however, Sandro is hopeful.

He announces that they are already preparing for the reopening.

"Only the whole thing will be well thought out and will take place properly and not over the knee."
