The “Rosenheim Cops” crew has started shooting the new season.
Two new main characters will then be there - one of them is puzzles.
Rosenheim - The shooting of the ZDF long-running hit “Die Rosenheim-Cops”, which is not only popular in Bavaria, is back on track.
The cameras have been running in Munich, Rosenheim and the surrounding area since April 21.
The result is the 21st season, which will be broadcast from autumn.
In advance, the ZDF is to broadcast seven "remaining" episodes from the previous season.

In the already finished episodes, two actresses appear again who leave the ZDF series: Vanessa Eckart, who plays Commissioner Eva Winter.

Rosenheim-Cops (ZDF): Who will play Commissioner Birte Andresen?
The new commissioner, on the other hand, is a mystery. The official announcement already shows the name of the figure: Birte Andresen will be her name. It is an investigator from Hamburg who stands in for Commissioner Sven Hansen (Igor Jeftić). According to the script, he has to take care of his family in the north, especially his uncle Erik. The investigator himself suggests his replacement. Birte Andresen will then solve the murder cases with Anton Stadler (Dieter Fischer).
What is NOT officially known, however, is who will play that Birte Andresen. Even more - the makers wrote a "Name follows" in the press release. So either the actress is still a secret - or she has yet to be found. Commissioner Birte Andresen will only be introduced in the course of the 21st season. Baran Hêvî, who was introduced in the 20th season as temporary agent Kilian Kaya *, will be part of the party again - in addition to the cult greats like Miriam Stockl (Marisa Burger).
