The simplified station in Al-Hasakah was out of service due to the collapse of the 66 KV tension tower supplying it.

The general manager of the company, Eng. Anwar Akla, stated to the SANA reporter that the company's workshops had detected the route of the line and the collapse of an electrical tension tower in the village of Al-Toushan, southeast of Al-Hasakah, due to the theft of the corners and beams of the tower.

Okla pointed out that the company is currently securing the materials to start repair work as of today, pointing out that the station feeds the neighborhoods of the city center, the gymnasium, al-Qudah, the Ghweiran neighborhood, the Al-Askari neighborhood, Al-Sinaa, Mershou, and the residences of the Doctors, Meridian, Habo, and Al-Nashwa Al-Sharqiya.

It is noteworthy that the quantities of electricity allocated to the province of Hasaka decreased from 80 to 10 megabytes per day for a specific period after the drop in the Euphrates water level and the majority of the generation turbines stopped due to the violations of the Turkish regime and its theft of a Syrian share of the Euphrates water.
