The incidence value in the Dachau district has fallen below 100 again. But this does not yet affect corona-related restrictions.

The incidence value in the Dachau district has fallen below 100 again.

But this does not yet affect corona-related restrictions.

Dachau - For the first time in many weeks, the so-called seven-day incidence in the Dachau district fell back below 100 on Sunday, albeit just under 100 - to be more precise: to 98.8.

However, for relief from the corona-related restrictions, the incidence must remain below 100 for five consecutive days.

The number of Covid-19 patients in the Helios Amperklinik in Dachau has also decreased slightly: a total of 21 patients yesterday, eight of whom had to receive intensive care.

The vaccination rate

The vaccination quota in the district of Dachau is meanwhile still above the Bavarian and the national German average.

According to the district administration and health department, 57 004 district citizens received the first vaccination, and 12 391 people have now received the second vaccination.

This means that 36.8 percent of citizens in the Dachau district have been vaccinated for the first time, compared to 31.1 percent across Bavaria and 30.6 percent nationwide.

A special vaccination appointment

Johanniter is offering a further 1,500 doses of Astrazeneca for vaccination at the Karlsfeld vaccination center.

At the same time, the vaccination bus makes another stop in Altomünster.

May 13th is Ascension Day and Father's Day at the same time.

On this holiday, the Johanniter in the Karlsfeld vaccination center are offering a further 1,500 doses of Astrazeneca as a vaccination option.

From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., people aged 18 and over can register for the vaccination.

At the same time, the Johanniter vaccination bus is available from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the market square in Altomünster.

A further 120 vaccinations are offered there with prior registration.

Both vaccination campaigns are possible due to the nationwide lifting of the prioritization with regard to the vaccine from the manufacturer Astrazeneca.

“The last vaccination campaign was an enormous success.

We were able to give 1023 vaccination doses to the population of the Dachau district on the night of May 1st.

This achievement makes us very proud ”, says Joern Osenbrück, project manager of the vaccination centers in the Johanniter regional association of Upper Bavaria.

“Now the important thing is that we don't let up, because we haven't made it yet.

We are very pleased to be able to offer another 1,500 vaccinations. "

The action is again supported by many volunteers.

“We are thrilled that the teams from THW Dachau, the fire brigades Karlsfeld and Altomünster are again offering us their support on Father's Day.

A total of more than 60 helping people will again be involved in the vaccination campaign.

Eight doctors and 32 volunteers will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the vaccination center, ”explains Osenbrück.

The registration for the appointments in the vaccination center and the registration for the vaccinations in Altomünster take place via: http://www.landratsamt-dachau.de/impfaktion-karlsfeld.

Only residents (over 18 years of age) of the following postcodes can take part in the vaccination campaign: 85229, 85232, 85235;

85247, 85250, 85253, 85254, 85258, 85259, 85757, 85764, 86567. All other postcodes in the Dachau district are vaccinated directly in Dachau by the vaccination center operated by the Bavarian Red Cross.

A comparable special campaign is also planned there on May 13th.

The distance lesson

At the secondary schools in Bavaria, the previous limit of 100 for distance teaching will remain at least until the Whitsun holidays.

Only the final classes remain in their current teaching model.

All pupils, teachers and other staff working in schools are required to test at least twice a week.

The school management informs the school families about the school’s specific procedures.

The emergency care

The limit of 100 also remains for child care, so that emergency care continues to apply.

Evidence is currently provided by the vaccination card for vaccinated persons and a "corona confirmation" for genesis.

This confirmation is the positive test result or the quarantine notice and proof of a negative PCR test, which was carried out at the earliest 28 days after the infection.

Those who have recovered from the infection more than six months ago also need a corona vaccination.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, uniform evidence and a specification are to be adopted in the cabinet meeting of the Bavarian state government on this issue.

Those who have recovered will then be informed accordingly.
