The submarine affair: indictment against Ganor and Bar Yosef, the cases against Shimron and Cheney were closed

The prosecution has filed indictments for bribery against a former state witness who served as an agent of the ThyssenKrupp corporation, and against the former deputy head of the National Security Council. In addition, indictments were filed against others involved in case 3000. The former navy commander Marom and a lawyer close to Netanyahu were closed.

The Tax and Economics Prosecutor's Office this morning (Monday) filed indictments for bribery in the submarine case against Miki Ganor, a former state witness who served as an agent for the ThyssenKrupp corporation, and against the former deputy head of the National Security Council, Avriel Bar-Yosef. (Cheney) Marom who is suspected of accepting bribes, and against an associate of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Adv. David Shimron.
