At least nine people, including three children and a Hamas commander, were reportedly killed on Monday evening, May 10, in Israeli strikes on the northern Gaza Strip, local authorities said.

Nine martyrs, including three children, and a number of wounded arrived at Beit Hanoun hospital in the northern Gaza Strip,
" said the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza.

The occupier was targeting Muhammad Fayyad, commander of the Al-Qassam Brigades (armed wing of Hamas) in Beit Hanoun, in the northern Gaza Strip,
" said a Hamas source, confirming the death of this senior official.
For its part, the Israeli army confirmed having carried out airstrikes on the north of the enclave and having targeted a Hamas commander there, but indicated that it was not in a position at this stage to "
confirm or not
" that these deaths were linked to his ongoing offensive.
