Nuremberg - The Nuremberg police arrested a 20-year-old man late on Saturday evening (May 8).

He had previously tried to buy a car in the Röthenbach b.

An observant witness made a suspicious observation late Saturday night.

He saw a young man who was about to forcibly break into a car parked on Berolzheimer Strasse.

The man spoke to the perpetrator, which immediately attacked him.

He had apparently sustained hand injuries during the previous attempt to break into the car.

During a search, the officers from the Nuremberg * -West police station also found the alleged instrument and secured it.

Property damage of several hundred euros was incurred on the car.

The 20-year-old was reported, among other things, on suspicion of the attempted particularly serious case of theft.
