The Uruguayan journalist Víctor Hugo Morales received a medical discharge, after an extensive hospitalization for coronavirus of 45 days.
Of course, beyond that he was seen very recovered and encouraged, he warned that his return to television will have to wait since in the next few days he will be operated on.
"I want to return to the channel and I am very eager to do so. But
I still have to undergo surgery,
so it will take longer than it should," he clarified in an interview with the C5N channel as soon as he received the medical discharge.
The sports reporter and driver was grateful to the health personnel who attended him and dedicated a separate paragraph to them after so many days of hospitalization.
"They
saved my life
and I have no words of gratitude for them who save thousands of lives daily. They are heroes.
This disease put me 15 more years and the only thing that was saved from Covid-19 is my voice,
" he said.
Victor Hugo Morales confirmed that he should be operated on in the next few days.

on March 20
and at that time he even said that he felt that he had "drowned before reaching the shore", since he had not yet received the vaccine.
Now he remarked that he will have to keep waiting until the issue of the operation he will undergo in the next few days passes.
Víctor Hugo had been admitted to the Presidente Perón Hospital, then he was transferred to the Los Arcos Sanatorium, in Palermo, where he had been admitted for pneumonia as a result of his coronavirus picture.
And it culminated in the Alcla comprehensive rehabilitation clinic where this Monday he was discharged permanently.

- Victor Hugo admitted -. I have to take a huge amount of medicine, but I went through a formidable human experience. My body felt Covid-19 and I was a little shaken when I spoke," he confirmed.
He added: "Two weeks ago I did my radio show again and that did me very good. I am anxious to be able to return to the channel. If they gave me a little more life, I should take advantage of it to continue saying what I feel."
When the virus was detected, Morales continued to host his radio program "La Mañana en AM750", but later had to be hospitalized for bilateral pneumonia and could no longer continue with that task.
However, and after several days of hospitalization, the Uruguayan resumed radio activity on April 26 since his hospitalization.
