At about 10 o'clock yesterday morning, civilian staff of the police headquarters found a letter with a letter on the surface of the envelope saying "Director Deng Bingqiang, Police Department, Police Headquarters."
At about 4 pm, the government headquarters also received two letters, which were sent to Carrie Lam and Li Jiachao respectively. There were also suspicious white powder in the letters.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Division was reported to the scene to investigate and initially found that the content was the same as the letter sent to Deng Bingqiang.
