The bus industry has long faced difficulties in recruiting bus captains, and more and more female faces have appeared in recent years.

In order to attract more women into the industry, NWFB and Citybus announced that it will significantly increase the statutory 14-week paid maternity leave to 24 weeks, which is nearly half a year. During the maternity leave, it will pay four-fifths of wages at the legal level.
