The South African government affirmed in a statement after its meeting chaired by President Cyril Ramaphosa that the actions of the Israeli entity “constitute a flagrant violation of international law and a complete disregard for UN Security Council resolutions, including Resolutions 446 of 1979 and Resolution 2334 of 2016, which call clearly and explicitly to end the Israeli occupation and guarantee the rights of the Palestinian people.
