In September 2020, the Argentine businessman Lázaro Báez went to his home, the country

Ayres del Pilar, located in the north

of Greater Buenos Aires to continue with house arrest after having spent

4 years and 6 months

in the Ezeiza Prison.

However, the arrival was interrupted by several

neighbors

who refused to enter the neighborhood and intimidated the truck that accompanied him, which caused the immediate return of the businessman to the Ezeiza prison.

Jorge Federico G., 59, was one of the neighbors involved in the incident.

At that time, he was arrested for smashing

the windshield

of the Federal Penitentiary Service (SPF) truck in which Lázaro Báez was being transferred

with a hammer

.

The defendant, who is a businessman and belongs to the construction industry, was identified by the images of several videos that circulated on social networks.

As a result of this,

the Police ordered his arrest

However, eight months later the man involved in the attack on the truck

received his sentence

by the Federal Oral Court N4 of San Martín.

He must pay

a fine of 24 thousand pesos

to compensate the Penitentiary Service and perform 140 hours of community work in a Tigre parish.

Jorge Federico G. was charged with the crime of

aggravated damage

for having been executed in order to prevent the free exercise of authority and for having affected an asset for public use, in ideal competition with the crime of resistance to authority .

The arrival of Báez to his home in Pilar

The climate that day was experienced was very tense and aggressive as the neighbors prevented the SPF truck that was transferring Lázaro Báez from entering the Ayres del Pilar country.

The businessman accused of money laundering was going to serve, in one of the houses of the complex, the house arrest that justice had granted him.

The truck

tried to enter four times

but the neighbors, given the situation and the rejection of their accommodation, prevented it.

"We are exhausted, fed up with the lack of justice, the constant abuse that we are experiencing. We are exhausted, but they will not ap

"I do not receive

Lázaro Baez,

I reject him. We want justice, and that the corrupt are in jail," warned a woman in dialogue with

Todo Noticias.

The residents of

Pilar

showed their dissatisfaction with the arrival of the businessman to the neighborhood and that he served his sentence there and for this reason his constant argument was:

"No to impunity

, it is not welcome."

Due to the series of incidents that occurred that day, the van that was transferring him left the place to go back

to the Ezeiza prison, a

place that the businessman had left hours before.

The return trip had a stopover in the Devoto jail to change the police mobile that had its front glass exploded as a result of the blow that the neighbor of the country, Jorge Federico G. had given him, who currently must serve the corresponding sentence for that episode .

Currently, Lázaro Báez is in a complicated position due to the fact that he adds legal problems that put his future at risk.

The

Federal Chamber of Resistance

confirmed his prosecution for alleged evasion aggravated by the use of false documents.
