A Palestinian was shot and dozens of suffocated at dawn today, when settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, stormed the Safa area in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, in the West Bank.
The Wafa news agency reported that settlers stormed the town under the protection of the occupation forces, who fired bullets and poisonous gas canisters at the Palestinians, wounding a young man with bullets and dozens of suffocation cases.
Yesterday, 11 Palestinians were killed and more than 1,700 wounded as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' assault on Palestinians in separate areas of the West Bank.
