Chinese health authorities have approved a new vaccine against Corona for use in emergency situations.
Xinhua quoted Shenzhen Kangtai Pharmaceutical Products Corporation as saying that the vaccine it developed began with the third phase of clinical trials, indicating that no third-degree negative symptoms were recorded during the clinical trials of the first two stages of the vaccine, according to its research.
Grade 3 negative symptoms refer to side effects that are severe or medically prominent but are not immediately life threatening by the standards of the general terminology.
The company added that the research, development and manufacture of the vaccine is proceeding smoothly, pointing out that a vaccine production plant was built in Nanshan District in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, south China, and started work.
China has so far developed four different vaccines against the Coronavirus, which have been approved for general use.
