It was the technique discovered by the financial police implemented by a 49-year-old tax consultant from Caltanissetta who was banned from the profession by the investigating magistrate of the Nisseno capital. The precautionary measure also provides for the seizure of assets for over 4 million against him and another 90 of the 140 under investigation, including individuals and companies. The investigations and the precautionary order were carried out by soldiers from the economic-financial police unit of Caltanissetta.For 140 clients of the professional, the Public Prosecutor also found violations of a criminal nature, configuring the crime of "undue compensation".
