A week after its large victory over Clermont (45-19) which ended a series of four losses in the Top 14, Racing 92, although jostled in scrum, followed Friday with a new success on the lawn of the Hamlet against the Section Paloise (29-35), at the end of a long crossover. The Ile-de-France residents scored four tries by Diallo (18th), Beale (37th), Baubigny (55th) and D. Taofifenua (75th). The Béarnais, them, scored twice by Kueffner (13th) and Manu (13th). With this success, the Racingmen temporarily climb to second place ahead of La Rochelle, which receives the red lantern Agen on Saturday (5 p.m.). Pau, on the other hand, remains stuck in 12th place and finds itself under threat from Bayonne, traveling Saturday (5 p.m.) to Toulouse. On the 26th and penultimate day of the Top 14,Racing will travel to Agen and Pau will travel to La Rochelle, under pressure.
