Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
A Palestinian child was injured and dozens suffocated today as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' suppression of the weekly anti-settlement demonstration in Kafr Qaddum, demanding the opening of the village street, which has been closed for 17 years and condemning the ongoing aggression on occupied Jerusalem and the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Wafa news agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed the village and fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the participants in the demonstration, which resulted in the injury of a child, and dozens of suffocation cases.
The village of Kafr Qaddum is witnessing continuous demonstrations against the occupation on Friday and Saturday, which have become part of public life in the village, whose lands are devoured by the Apartheid Wall and settlement.
