About 545 Palestinians were injured and dozens suffocated during the Israeli occupation forces' incursion into various areas in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
Ma'an News Agency quoted the Palestinian Ministry of Health as saying that 180 Palestinians were injured today by Israeli bullets in different areas in the West Bank, 52 of them were taken to hospitals because most of them were shot by live bullets, pointing out that the injuries were distributed in Hebron, Ramallah, Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Jenin, Nablus and Tubas.
In turn, Wafa news agency reported that a Palestinian youth was shot by the Israeli occupation forces near the town of Anata, northeast of Jerusalem, and his condition was described as of moderate severity. He was subsequently transferred to Jericho Hospital for treatment.
And when the occupation forces stormed the village of Fasayil, north of Jericho, and targeted Palestinian homes with poison gas and sound bombs, 20 Palestinians, including children and patients, were suffocated, amid calls for the admission of ambulance crews.
At the entrance to the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of Salfit in the West Bank, dozens of Palestinians were suffocated after the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a mass demonstration in support of Jerusalem and to condemn the Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip, targeting the participants with rubber-coated metal bullets, toxic gas bombs and live bullets.
The occupation forces stormed towns in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem and fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the Palestinians, which resulted in 29 injured and dozens suffocated, while the number of martyrs and detainees reached more than two thousand during the past days due to the attack of the occupation forces and settlers on Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem and the rest Cities and towns in the West Bank and in the territories occupied in 1948.
