Spokesman for the Iranian Parliamentary National Security Committee, Abul Fadl Amoumi, confirmed that the ban is a tool to compensate the United States for the failure of its policy to impose maximum pressure on Iran.
Fars News Agency reported that Amouei criticized in a press statement today the new measure of the US Treasury to impose a ban on a number of Iranian businessmen, pointing out that the US plans are based on arrogance and ambitions.
Amouei stressed the use of all available mechanisms to stabilize the rights of the Iranian people in order to limit the ambitions of the United States, calling for the necessity to stop the prosecution and ban of economic activists and to include this on the agenda of the nuclear negotiating team.
