On the seventh day of Operation Guardian of the Walls, and while heavy barrages were fired throughout the day (Sunday) at Gaza Envelope settlements, the heads of the southern authorities were invited to a meeting with Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi.
"Let us not return at the end of this campaign to the point where we started," emphasizes Ofir Libstein, head of the Sha'ar Hanegev Council. "We want to reach another point, so that it will be quiet here for a long time.
