Social citizen Lian Wu Wenyuan, one of the defendants, revealed that most of the 10 defendants in the case pleaded guilty. Stake Cai Yaochang said this morning (16th) that he had pleaded guilty to the court through a lawyer and would face it calmly.
The 10 defendants involved in the case include FDC convenor Chen Haohuan, Next Media founder Li Zhiying, Labor Party Li Cheuk-ren, He Xiulan, Social People Lian Liang Guoxiong, Democratic Party He Chunren, Yang Sen, Shan Zhongkai, Cai Yaochang and Wu Wenyuan.
The case was tried by the District Court Judge Hu Yawen. She had convicted everyone in the "8.18 Flowing Rally" and the "8.31 Parade" earlier, and some were sentenced to prison or suspended sentences. They were organized for one year and one and a half years respectively. And participate in the starting point of sentencing for the crime of unapproved assembly.
When He Junren accepted the inquiry, he also confirmed that most of the people in the same case would plead guilty. Therefore, there are not many legal points to dispute in the case, but he had already said that the case involved a partial appeal of the constitution.
He urged the people of Hong Kong to continue to persevere and be flexible, and urge the public to know how to respond flexibly if they think they have difficulties in the Victoria Park, for example, through the Internet or other means to gather forces.

Wu Wenyuan said that he was in a calm mood at the moment and was sentenced to jail in the past. This time he is ready. He also said that he is worried about the older defendants in the same case, such as Liang Guoxiong and Li Zhiying. The increase in prison terms for different cases makes people worry about their physical condition.
