The tires of a 24-year-old's car had no contact with the ground when it came off the lane between Valley and Kreuzstrasse.
The reason: their alcohol level.
Valley / Kreuzstrasse
- All four wheels were in the air when the 24-year-old from the western district of Rosenheim got off the road with her car and was stranded there on a two-meter-high mound of earth. As reported by the Holzkirchen police station, the young woman was on her way from Otterfing towards the Valley on Friday, May 14, around 9:50 p.m. In a sharp right-hand bend shortly before the entrance to Kreuzstrasse, she then drove straight ahead into the embankment, almost without braking.
In doing so, she shaved a number of bushes and left a corresponding damage to the corridor. The 24-year-old came to stand - or rather to hang - on a mound of earth. Your car was virtually jacked up and only stood on the underbody. The woman was able to get out unharmed, the property damage estimated by the police at around 7,500 euros. Your car had to be towed.
The cause of the accident was soon clarified.
Already on site, a patrol from the Holzkirchen police found strong alcohol odor in the 24-year-old.
A voluntary test then showed a value of well over 1.1 per thousand.
The woman therefore had to hand in her driver's license at the scene of the accident.
The police also ordered a blood sample and initiated investigations into traffic hazards.
Should the Rosenheim woman be convicted, she expects a heavy fine as well as a withdrawal of her driving license for several months.
