Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki renewed his demand for the international community to stop the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians and hold those responsible accountable.
Wafa news agency quoted Al-Maliki as saying in today's speech that the Palestinian people are subjected to barbaric aggression in which "Israel" the occupying power invades its crimes against the Palestinian people in an unsuccessful attempt to perpetuate the occupation through forced displacement, oppression, killing and destruction in Al-Quds Al-Sharif, the Gaza Strip and the rest of the State of Palestine.
Al-Maliki stressed the need for action by the UN Security Council, the United Nations General Assembly, the Human Rights Council and the International Criminal Court to stop the ongoing occupation crimes against the Palestinians, hold those responsible accountable, implement international legitimacy decisions, end the occupation, and establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
Today, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims of the continuous Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip and the West Bank has risen to 202 martyrs and 5,588 wounded.
