Together for Change this Sunday called

an urgent meeting

to discuss the advance of Kirchnerism on the deputy attorney Eduardo Casal.

The virtual meeting will

be held this Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

and the former president Mauricio Macri, the former governor María Eugenia Vidal, the head of the Buenos Aires government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, and the auditor Miguel Ángel Pichetto will participate.

As indicated in a statement, at the request of the president of the Interblock of Deputies of Together for Change, Mario Negri, it was decided to urgently advance the meeting of the National Board of Together for Change for this Sunday.

According to what they advanced, in the meeting they will evaluate the project of Reform of the Public Prosecutor's Office that "promotes the national government to control Justice."

Negri indicated that he asked to advance the meeting, originally scheduled for next Tuesday, given the decision of Kirchnerism to convene "untimely" for Tuesday afternoon a plenary of commissions, to give an express opinion to the project of Reform of the Public Prosecutor's Office .

From the board of directors of the Interbloque JxC we ask that the meeting of the National Board of Together for Change be brought forward for this Sunday.

Justice is in danger!

This Saturday, the Cordovan deputy of the UCR warned that "while the country is in an emergency, Kirchnerism is in control of Justice" and added: "That is why we ask from the Interbloque table for an urgent meeting for this Sunday of the entire National Table of Together for Change ".

The interblock of Deputies of JxC considered on Friday that "this reform to the Public Prosecutor's Office

aims to weaken the figure of the Attorney General

and appoint a person dependent on the Kirchnerist power to lead the criminal prosecution throughout the country."

In a statement, the interblock also said: "If this law advances, there will be no independent prosecutors who can investigate in Argentina."

Negri's criticisms go along the same lines as those launched a short time before by the PRO president, Patricia Bullrich, who recorded a video with Luis Brandoni and argued that it is a government plan "to give Cristina Kirchner impunity."

We are not going to allow justice to be taken over;

it is the last line of defense of the Republic.

The Government wants to change the law of the Public Prosecutor's Office to give impunity to Cristina Kirchner and all her officials with causes.

The project promoted by the Government already has half a sanction in the Senate but it was stopped in the Deputies because the ruling party did not have the votes.

Now Kirchnerism hastens its treatment, ensuring that it could achieve its approval.

The presidents of the Constitutional Affairs and Justice commissions called for a joint commission next Tuesday.

Given that the virtual protocol does not allow to rule remotely without the agreement of the vice-presidents of the commissions -which are from the opposition- the call is in person at 7:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Annex of Deputies.
