According to the police, a report was received from the public at about 4 a.m. that a private car was driving in the direction of Tuen Mun Highway in the New Territories.
The police then sent officers to conduct raids at the above site and stopped the suspected private car near the slip road of the Tai Lam Tunnel on Tuen Mun Road.
