The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced the registration of 1201 new infections and 58 deaths from the Coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.
The spokesman for the ministry, Dr. Khaled Mujahid, stated in a statement that the total number of Coronavirus infections in the country has so far reached 245721, and the total deaths reached 14,327 cases.
Mujahid indicated that 901 recovered from infection with Coronavirus have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the total of those recovering to 181,478 people until today.
