The deceased Liang Lingjie (35 years old) fell from the platform outside the 4th floor of Pacific Place in Admiralty on June 15, 2019 and was sent to hospital and died.

Fire Chief Wang Shixian confessed that he was stationed at the Central Fire Department when the incident occurred. Gao Weixiong asked whether the four firemen could catch him if the victim did not struggle violently. Liao responded, "Nothing wrong."
