“No fuss here. It is a place of sharing between friends, of music, of celebration, of laughter ...
”The tone is set.
Chez Liquide, the second restaurant that Matthias Marc, quarter-finalist of the “Top chef” edition currently being broadcast, is about to open near Les Halles (Paris 1er), “
people must feel good!”
With 70 seats (inside and on the terrace), this new project, mounted again in association with the entrepreneur Stéphane Manigold and the associate director Anthony Pedrosa - his partners at Substance (Paris 16th) -, was imagined as a
“modern tavern”
with a kitchen open to the dining room, a menu of creative cocktails, plates giving pride of place to products from the Jura where he comes from, and ambitious electro programming.
All, he promises, without breaking the bank.
