The case was postponed to June 7 and sentenced.

Both defendants are now 16 years old and each pleaded guilty to one riot, accusing them of participating in the riot on September 29, 2019 with other unknown persons.

Several demonstrators gathered in Admiralty to clashed with the police

The facts of the case allege that a citizen organized a "global anti-totalitarian march" from Causeway Bay to the government headquarters, but the police did not receive a notification.

During the parade, some demonstrators blocked Harcourt Road with obstacles and occupied the road, severely obstructing traffic. The demonstrators gathered in the political party area and threw petrol bombs, bricks, and hard objects at the police. Some demonstrators even used giant rubber bands. Used as a projector to throw hard objects at the political chief; the police repeatedly issued warnings during the period, and used tear gas and water cannon trucks to disperse, but the demonstrators still stayed at the scene and committed violent acts.

The two defendants threw objects and blocked the road

The 14-year-old defendant threw objects at the political party three times at the time of the incident, and the 15-year-old defendant at the time of the incident. The prosecution does not accept the psychiatric report submitted by the defense

The defense submitted the defendant’s psychiatric report, stating that the two defendants were suffering from hyperactivity and depression respectively. Guo Guanzhong approved the two to be detained in the Xiaolan Psychiatric Center, waiting for the two to obtain reports from the rehabilitation center, detention center, training center, and psychiatric report.
