Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif called on the international community to condemn the Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the strongest terms, stressing the right of the Palestinian people to defend themselves in the face of the occupation entity, which only understands the language of resistance.

During the emergency meeting of the foreign ministers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which was held today via video technology, Zarif said: “We should start a legal and political institutional campaign at the regional and international levels against the Zionist apartheid entity,” noting that the only goal behind the deceptive moves of the occupation entity It is sowing discord between Muslims and marginalizing the Palestinian people.

Zarif added: It should not be forgotten that the Palestinian issue is not only an Arab or Islamic issue, but also constitutes an “international dilemma,” stressing that the massacres perpetrated over decades against the Palestinian people burden the conscience of all humanity.

Zarif also called for the establishment of an international monitoring organization concerned with accurate monitoring and documentation of crimes committed against the oppressed Palestinian people and preparing reports about them with the aim of holding those who carried out and planners accountable, stressing the necessity of issuing local laws and a joint decision by the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation through which the "description of apartheid" would be launched on The entity of the occupation and placing its crimes on the list of ethnic cleansing and crime against humanity.
